Its not great. Like you said. i Like the Render, the effects, but it dont look great overall. i think its lacking details.

yeh i know 
i put a c4d in there but couldnt make it have flow, and i wasnt really done i just saved it but i fergot to save it in psd. so thats unfinished but anyway im going make the banner for the contest.

Try using your Dodge tool to give a better lighting Focal point.
the C4D is horrible o.0 why didnt you just grab a different C4D bro?

The left side is the issue, the blend and the lighter coloring are perfect, and the focal point is extremely done well.

I never use Cinema4D as Background, i prefer using a space stocks and cutting it a bit by keeping a focal point and i alway smudge it a little bit for making a flow.
