New Sections

I think that we sohuld add a Resource section for where people can post brushes/PSD's to practice/ and stuff like that.
We should also add a Intro/Farewell thread.

for now,

the intro/farewell thread is pointless and will start spam for posts,

and the resources could be added, but for now post them in tutorials
